Steps away from the Schuylkill River, nestled within the picturesque Fairmount Park, lies the architecturally magnificent Memorial Hall. This national treasure from Philadelphia’s 1876 Centennial Exhibition is now home to Please Touch Museum® and serves as one of the region’s most spectacular event spaces, accommodating a sit-down dinner for up to 1,000 guests and receptions as large as 3,000 guests. With 60 ft ceilings and a majestic dome above, the Beaux Art architecture of Hamilton Hall offers a dramatic space for all types of events. Host your event against the backdrop of a 40 ft replica of the Statue of Liberty Arm and Torch, made out of toys by famed local artist Leo Sewell, while dancing the night away on the beautiful marble floors.

Complementing Hamilton Hall, the South Foyer shares its same majestic architecture. This grand entrance provides ample pre-function space and increased event capacity for larger receptions and seated dinners. South Foyer is also available to accommodate wedding ceremonies.

This glass jewel, which features a private entrance, is an architecturally unique setting for any elegant affair. Ride the fully restored and operating 1908 Dentzel Carousel featuring exquisitely hand-carved animals. Take photographs with this iconic carousel in the backdrop to create precious memories.
