All-American BBQ Returns to Dilworth Park June 21- 25

Things are heating up as the summer solstice draws near, so why not celebrate? Beginning June 21st and running until June 25th from, Dilworth Park is pairing up with Center City District to bring the All-American BBQ back for the second year in a row! In partnership with Center City District sponsors which include LiveNation, Hornitos Tequila, Effen Vodka, Bud Light, Summer Love Ale, and Lyft, entry is free and party goers with get to enjoy plenty of classic summer fun and games and some great DJs and live music! It doesn’t stop there- with the Fourth of July just around the corner, there will be no shortage of traditional summer eats and a variety of beer and cocktails.

Dates and Times

  • Wednesday, June 21: 5-9 p.m.
  • Thursday, June 22: 5-9 p.m.
  • Friday, June 23: 5-9 p.m.
  • Saturday, June 24: Noon to 8 p.m
  • Sunday, June 25: Noon to 6 p.m.

Culinary director of Brûlée Catering Chazz Alberti and team of executive chefs have come up with a mouth-watering menu filled with all the classic barbecue flavors. All food will be available at Dilworth Park Café and Air Grille, and drinks will be provided at various tents.

“At the All-American BBO we will be smoking Brisket, Ribs, Pork and Chicken. These will be seasoned each with their own rub or mop and smoked over individual mixes of hickory, white oak and fruit woods.  The various American BBQ styles will be represented through regional sauce styles and we will be partnering with locally manufactured Bills Best Organic BBQ Sauce,” says Chazz, “We will be featuring Piggy Fries at the Air Grille-Waffle Fries topped with Pulled Pork, BBQ Sauce and Melted Cheddar. ”
